Changes to the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act, took effect on July 6, 2011 that mandate that prescriptions for Schedule II - V controlled substances, except for those issued as a medication order for administration in a long-term care facility or institutional facility, are now required to include quantity check-off boxes and a refill indicator. Additionally, prescription forms are required to include a security warning list on the front and the back of the blank.
